European Gaming Media and Events, one of Europe's leading event organizers and part of the Hipther Agency, has announced that the fifth edition of the Prague Gaming Summit will be taking place in a hybrid format on 28 May 2021 and that registration is now open.

The event will be held at its usual location, Vienna House Andel's Prague, to allow local industry shareholders to meet and network. However, thanks to the hybrid format, those who are not able to travel will still be able to attend virtual meetings.
The co-founder and Head of Business at Hipther Agency, Zoltán Tűndik, said 'I don't believe in a new normal, I believe that this is temporarily abnormal, which creates some unique opportunities and drives innovation forward. Hosting hybrid and virtual conferences is one of them.'
The Prague Gaming Summit has been running annually since 2017, and each year it strives to raise the bar. The 2020 conference, which was held just before the first European lockdowns, adopted a new format with extra topics, talks, and roundtable discussions.
The next conference is set to be extremely interesting, and the organizers have promised a number of surprises. It will also include an 'unwind' session on 29 May that will include a sightseeing trip by boat on the Vltava River.
The applications for the 2021 Community Mitigation Fund are due by January 31, 2021. The Community Mitigation Fund may be used to compensate for impact costs related to both Category 1 full casino facilities (MGM Springfield and Encore Boston Harbor) and the state's Category 2 slots-only facility (Plainridge Park Casino).
